long range strike bomberTYSONS CORNER, VA, March 9, 2016 — Seven companies will serve as subcontractors on the U.S. Air Force‘s potential $55 billion Long Range Strike Bomber program to support prime contractor Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), GovCon Wire reported Tuesday.
Defense News reported Monday the Air Force has named BAE Systems, Orbital ATK (NYSE: OA), Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL), Spirit AeroSystems (NYSE: SPR), Pratt & Whitney, GKN Aerospace and Janicki Industries to help build a fleet of the future B-21 aircraft.
