electronicsTYSONS CORNER, VA, April 4, 2016 — Eight companies have won positions on a potential $7.2 billion contract from the Defense Microelectronics Activity to provide advanced technology insertion and engineering services to the Defense Department, GovCon Wire reported Friday.
DoD said Thursday the following companies can bid on task orders to address potential electronics operational issues in support of the Advanced Technology Support Program IV program:

  • BAE Systems
  • Boeing (NYSE: BA)
  • General Dynamics (NYSE: GD)
  • Honeywell International (NYSE: HON)
  • Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT)
  • Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC)
  • Raytheon (NYSE: RTN)
