TYSONS CORNER, VA, Sept. 16, 2016 — SC3 has promoted David Clark from vice president of business operations to chief financial officer and appointed Chief Operations Officer Chuck Hicks to take the additional role of business development relationship executive, GovCon Wire reported Thursday.
The company said Tuesday Clark, who has previously worked at ASRC Federal and Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), will be in charge of SC3’s finance and business operations.
