This week, the newsletter contained major executive moves at CACI International, Lockheed Martin, American Systems and CSC.
CACI has undergone a reorganization in which Executive Vice Presidents Lou Lifrieri and Mike Rhodes will take charge of two new business groups including a C4ISR and mission systems and services groups.
The groups will be formed out of the mission systems organization currently led by EVP Karl Johnson, who is set to retire July 5.
In other industry news, Lockheed has promoted 33-year company veteran Orlando Carvalho to EVP of the aeronautics business area.
He will succeed Larry Lawson who will retire from the position April 5.
Lorraine Martin, a 25-year veteran of the firm, will succeed Carvalho as head of the F-35 program where she previously oversaw flight testing, deployment and sustainment in nine partner nations.

American Systems has hired Ron Costella as the VP and executive director of the training and operational services business segment.
Costella is a 20-year Army vet and was a was a leader in the U.S. Joint Forces Command’s training directorate in his last post.
At CSC, Jim Finn has been appointed VP of corporate communications where he will be responsible for increasing the profile of CSC’s brand and executives within the IT marketplace.
Finn’s previous roles include positions at Oracle, Avaya and GM.
