Business News: MTSI, ManTech, Harris Corp. and CGI Federal Appoint New Leaders

Michelle Hertz has been named general counsel at CGI Federal to add to her VP and corporate secretary titles.

She joined the firm in 2010 as a managing counsel where she was responsible for legal dealings and led oversight of the contracts department, as well as security and compliance programs.

Mick Lopez is the new SVP and CFO at Harris Corp.

The 30-year finance veteran has spent most of his career at IBM where he served as CFO for the personal computers business and manager of Latin America acquisition initiatives.

Lopez has also held leadership roles at Cisco and Tyco International.

Kevin Robinson has been named president and CEO of MTSI, after joining the firm in 1997.

“Since we began over 20 years ago, MTSI has experienced substantial growth and Kevin has been a key driver of this ongoing success,” said co-founder Phil Soucy.

Bonnie Cook is now the EVP of business operations at ManTech.

She is a 25-year company veteran who has served as the head of a number of ManTech affiliates, international subsidiaries and joint ventures.
