Lockheed Martin to Continue Logistics Support for SOCOM Under Potential $8B Deal

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 15, 2017 — Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) has secured a potential $8 billion contract from the U.S. Special Operations Command for the company’s continued logistics support for special operations forces, GovCon Wire reported Monday.

The Defense Department said Friday the contract also covers program and enterprise management services for the Special Operations Forces Support Activity program executive office across locations in Kentucky and Florida as well as other customer sites.
