TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 23, 2017 — Vencore CEO Mac Curtis will assume leadership of the future company that will result from a merger between Vencore, KeyPoint Government Solutions and DXC Technology‘s (NYSE: DXC) U.S. public sector business, GovCon Wire reported Oct. 12.
DXC said Oct. 11 the transaction is anticipated to close by the end of March 2018 and create a separate, publicly traded independent entity that will provide services to U.S. government customers.
Curtis will serve as CEO of the combined company, while DXC Senior Vice President Marilyn Crouther, who heads that firm’s U.S. public sector unit as general manager, will take the role of chief operating officer at the new company.
Curtis and Crouther are both inductees into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 for 2017.
