TYSONS CORNER, VA, Sept. 25, 2017 — ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT) has entered into an agreement to acquire information technology platforms provider InfoZen for $180 million, with a potential close by October, GovCon Wire reported Tuesday.
ManTech aims to expand its managed cloud services and IT portfolio in the federal civilian market through the transaction, which is anticipated to be slightly accretive to the 2017 earnings per share, the company said Sept. 18.
