Noblis Appoints Former DTRA Official as New CBRNE Program Director; Jordin Cohen Quoted

TYSONS CORNER, VA, January 7, 2018 — Noblis has named Richard Pilch, a former program manager with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, as director of the Reston, Va.-based nonprofit’s chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosives portfolio, GovCon Wire reported Dec. 21.

Pilch will contribute his experience in the field of CBRNE in support of Noblis’ research, development, test and evaluation efforts targeted at countering weapons of mass destruction, the company said Dec. 13.
