Raytheon Lands $614M MDA Contract Modification for SM-3 Block IIA Missiles, Support Services

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 30, 2017 — Raytheon‘s (NYSE: RTN) missile systems business will deliver 17 Standard Missile-3 Block IIA units and support services to the Missile Defense Agency under a $614.5 million contract modification, GovCon Wire reported Tuesday.

The Defense Department said Monday the award also covers technical baseline engineering, obsolescence monitoring and quality assurance services in support of the missile production.
