SAIC Names Former Army RCO Director Douglas Wiltsie as Defense Group’s Operations VP

TYSONS CORNER, VA, January 31, 2018 — Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has hired Douglas Wiltsie, formerly director of the rapid capabilities office at the U.S. Army, as vice president of operations for the company’s defense systems customer group, GovCon Wire reported Tuesday.

SAIC said Monday Wiltsie will lead its Army services and mission support operation as well as program execution and business development in areas such as sensor integration, information technology modernization and command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.

He will report to Jim Scanlon, executive vice president and general manager of the defense systems customer group at SAIC.
