TYSONS CORNER, VA, December 30, 2015 — SAP‘s (NYSE: SAP) national security services subsidiary has appointed Ross Ashley, formerly assistant administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency‘s grant programs directorate, as senior vice president of business and partner development, GovCon Wire reported Tuesday.
