EMKevin Kelly, LGS Innovations CEO, and Mike McConnell, vice chairman at Booz Allen Hamilton, have recently been featured in news stories regarding the technology industry, specifically the topics of malware and cybersecurity.

Kelly commented on a new contract his company won to build systems meant to help the Department of Health and Human Services defend its networks from malware and security breaches. The contract is worth $1 million and is being awarded through the National Institutes of Health’s CIO-SP3 contract vehicle.

Global banks processes $13 trillion dollars per day day using electronic means, which could fall prey to tampering and malware from countries that spread viruses and other forms of cyber attacks, said McConnell.
