TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 15, 2016 — ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT) has completed its acquisition of Oceans Edge‘s cyber business to add new vulnerability research, development and analysis offerings to ManTech’s cyber intelligence portfolio, GovCon Wire reported Tuesday.
The acquisition was funded with cash on hand, will be slightly accretive to fiscal 2016 financial results and works to support efforts to secure work with U.S. Cyber Command, ManTech said Monday.
