Hello, Guest!

Executive Mosaic’s weekly round-up of news is a can’t-miss, digestible snapshot of the GovCon industry covering the biggest executive moves, mergers & acquisitions and contracts straight from the pen of one of GovCon’s most respected facilitators and sources of breaking news, Jim Garrettson.
This week, the newsletter contained major executive appointments at Capgemini, Concurrent Technologies, TASC and QinetiQ NA.
At Capgemini, Douglas Charles has been appointed CEO of Capgemini Government Solutions after most recently serving as vice president of Capgemini’s North American application services unit.
Charles led SAIC’s 3,000-person, $500-million global commercial operations business prior to his VP position.
At Concurrent Technologies, Vicki Barbur has been named SVP and chief technology officer.
The 20-year R&D vet is responsible for establishing the company’s vision and strategy for its scientific and technical offerings.
Ed Sheehan, CTC president and CEO, said Barbur will help the company enhance its technical capabilities and identify business opportunities and technology thrust areas.

TASC has announced that Amanda Brownfield will lead its mission analysis business unit.
Al Pisani, intelligence group SVP, said Brownfield brings customer focus to her new role which has previously led her to establishing strong teams in aid of the government client.
Finally, at QinetiQ NA, Richard Burke will assume the role of director of strategic programs for the mission and information solutions business unit.
He most recently served as director of  DHS’ plans division within the office of operations coordination and planning where he led the creation of a DHS counterterrorism plan.
