His professional experience includes knowledge of public health, managed care, healthcare provider groups, media relations and pharmaceutical marketing, as well as alliance development and social media.
Prior to joining Booz Allen, Foster served as chairman of the U.S. healthcare practice for Burson-Marsteller.
In that role, he led the company’s efforts to expand its footprint into the public health sector and other key market sectors, including health information technology, pharmacy benefit management and clinical diagnostics.
He has a B.A. degree in philosophy from the University of Virginia and an M.S. degree in applied behavior science from Johns Hopkins University.
