TYSONS CORNER, VA May 27, 2015 — GovCon Wire reported Tuesday on CACI International being awarded a contract to develop and implement the U.S. Army’s personnel and pay system for $159 million.
The five-year contract includes systems integration work and support as part of the Army’s initiative to transition from legacy systems, CACI said Tuesday.
“The Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army adds a significant new program to an already large and growing portfolio of enterprise systems that CACI has implemented for our federal customers,” said CACI President and CEO Ken Asbury, an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 for 2015.
“This contract enables us to expand our work in our business systems market while supporting the Army in achieving an imperative goal – ensuring that all soldiers are paid accurately and on time for many years to come,” he added.
