TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 5, 2016 — The future Dell–EMC enterprise information technology company will operate as Dell Technologies following the completion of all requirements to close the $67 billion merger, GovCon Wire reported Tuesday.
EMC said Monday the integrated company’s enterprise segment will be called Dell EMC while the client solutions segment will inherit the Dell brand.
