Jacobs to Provide Engineering, Design Support to NAVFAC Under $75M Contract

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 16, 2016 — The U.S. Navy has awarded a Jacobs (NYSE: JEC) subsidiary a potential five-year, $75 million firm-fixed-price contract for engineering and design services to support the industrial research efforts of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, GovCon Wire reported Wednesday.

Jacobs Government Services will assist various administrative facilities within NAVFAC’s Washington area of responsibility under the indefinite-deliver/indefinite-quantity contract, the Defense Department said Tuesday.
