TYSONS CORNER, VA July 16, 2015 — GovCon Wire reported Wednesday on ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT) selling its commercial software division to CounterTack, a big data endpoint detection and response company.
The deal includes ManTech acquiring an equity stake in CounterTack, and William Varner, president of ManTech Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions Group, an observer post on the board of directors, CounterTack said Wednesday.
