EMGovCon Wire published an article on Tuesday announcing the appointment of C.E. Anderson to the CEO role at MorganFranklin Consulting. 

Andrews will succeed co-founder Robert Morgan who will continue on in a directorial and advisory role. “We are on a mission to build a world-class firm,” said co-founder Ron Morgan who will become a director focused on building the company’s brand and developing its people .
“C.E. Andrews has seen growth in our industry from all sides and that experience is what we need,” he added.
Most Recently, Andrews served as chief operating officer at RSM McGladrey Inc. while it was under the ownership of H&R Block. 
“Culturally, it is a perfect fit. A strong foundation is in place and I’m excited for the opportunity to help the team take its success to the next level,” said Andrews.
Andrews is a 29-year Arthur Andersen veteran who served as a partner and held leadership roles such as global managing partner of the worldwide audit and business advisory practice and managing partner for the firm’s mid-Atlantic region.
The seasoned executive also served as CEO of Sallie Mae from 2003 to 2008.
