TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 24, 2018Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) will provide support for the U.S. Navy‘s information technology architecture under a potential $73 million task order, GovCon Wire reported Monday.
The company said Monday the SeaPort-e task order from Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command covers systems engineering services to the Fleet Readiness Directorate, Office of the Chief Engineer and other offices with command, control, computers, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions.
“As part of this task order, SAIC will continue to provide its traditional architecture support services, with additional support in key areas such as cybersecurity and systems engineering technical authority,” said Jim Scanlon, senior vice president and general manager of the defense systems customer group at SAIC.
