Victor Brown is CEO of W3Nebula Technology, an IBM Business partner and reseller with years spent in secure cloud and multicloud solutions. Brown is an IBM veteran, culminating his work at the IT giant as vice president and chief technology officer for the U.S. public and federal markets from January 2021 to June 2023. What Has Victor Brown Accomplished in His Career?
Before joining W3Nebula Technology in 2023, Brown led an illustrious career at IBM. He spent more than 22 years at the tech giant, serving over two years as VP and CTO of the public sector practice. According to Brown’s LinkedIn profile, his responsibilities included leading strategy and technological capabilities by spearheading regulated hybrid cloud approaches and driving engagements across analytics, quantum computing, AI and zero trust security.
Brown began his tenure at IBM by leading a team of sales engineers and technical executives and designing large-scale enterprise architectures, multicloud solutions and Red Hat technologies.
In his work for the federal government, Brown led the development and delivery of cross-brand solutions, such as the National Center for Education Statistics architecture, which was provided to 5 million Department of Defense users as its first cloud-based collaboration platform for users on both classified and unclassified networks.
Brown provided advanced business management strategies that improved efficiency across regulatory compliance organizations, including the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program and StateRAMP, as well as the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification.
He also spearheaded IBM’s other work for the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Air Force War Gaming Institute, the U.S. Joint Forces Command, the Army Training and Doctrine Command, the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Air War College, and the U.S. Central Command, according to a document provided to Executive Mosaic.
