SAIC Taps Lee Carrick to Head ISR Program Development
Lee CarrickLee Carrick has been promoted to lead program development for SAIC‘s intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance group.
The former U.S. Air Force officer previously led business development for SAIC’s intelligence systems business unit and also served as a corporate vice president in Northrop Grumman‘s information systems sector.
Carrick’s GovCon Executive experience also includes time as president of government services at Perot Systems, where he led a 3,200-person team.

John Hillen Eyes Cyber Gains for Sotera with Laurie Villano Appointment

Laurie VillanoLaurie Villano is now SVP of the cyber systems and solutions business at Sotera Defense Solutions.
In her new role, Villano will manage 300 national security employees that will work with the NSA andU.S. Cyber Command at Fort Meade, Md.
John  Hillen“Growing our capabilities and our footprint in the cyber security arena has long been a key part of Sotera’s business strategy,” President and CEO John Hillen said.

Villano worked closely with the facility at her previous posts as an SVP at Booz Allen Hamilton and a VP for BDM International.

25-Year Northrop Vet Ramon Baez Joins HP as Global CIO
Ramon  BaezTwenty-five year Northrop Grumman vet Ramon Baez(right) has been named Hewlett-Packard‘s new global CIO. He joins the company from Kimberly Clark, where he served as VP and CIO.
Baez will be in charge of HP’s global information technology strategy and internal IT assets.
Mike  NefkensHP also named Mike Nefkens (left) as its acting enterprise services lead, for which he will lead worldwide business.
Nefkens was previously the head of enterprise operations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa and will be succeeding John Visentin in his new role.
Karen Williams Steps Up As Northrop’s VP of Contracts
Karen  WilliamsKaren Williams (right) has elevated to VP of contracts, pricing and supply chain for Northrop Grumman.
James PalmerThe CFO James Palmer (left) said Williams brings government contracting, general management and business management experience to role, where she will serve as the company’s prime representative to government customers.
Williams has held four other executive roles with the company in the information systems sector’s defense technology division, the sector’s air and missile defense systems unit, a systems integration operating unit and a defense business unit.
