Executive Mosaic Unveils New 4×24 Groups, New Chairs for the 2026–2027 Cycle

Executive Mosaic has announced six new 4x24 Leadership Program groups and its full lineup of returning and new group chairs for the 2026–2027 cycle.

Executive Mosaic, the premier GovCon media and networking organization, has officially unveiled the 4×24 Leadership Program group lineup for the upcoming 2026-2027 cycle. 

Reflecting evolving challenges and priorities in government and the government contracting sector, Executive Mosaic formed six dedicated 4×24 groups and appointed proven industry leaders to head each cohort. 

  • Army – Garrett Yee, Vice President at General Dynamics Information Technology
  • Air & Space – Penelope Tarpley, Vice President of Space Operations and Analytics at Lockheed Martin
  • Cloud Infrastructure Group – Melissa Palmer, President of HashiCorp
  • CxO – Ravi Dankanikote, Chief Growth Officer at SAIC

Each group convenes members for a series of curated discussions and networking opportunities focused on the strategic and operational issues most relevant to their respective sector. 

The 4×24 Army Group will serve as a forum for advancing U.S. Army missions and warfighting capabilities, while the Air & Space group is dedicated to addressing the evolving priorities of the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force.

The Cloud Infrastructure Group will examine how industry can work together to meet the security and capacity requirements of U.S. government customers. 

The CxO Group is designed specifically for C-suite executives across a wide range of operational roles to collaborate on similar challenges and shared goals.

The Public Sector Leadership Group is tailored specifically for executives overseeing public sector, federal or U.S. government divisions within commercial organizations. 

The Unmanned Systems Group will explore the operational domain of uncrewed tech, including air, ground, surface and subsurface platforms across all size classes.

What Is the 4×24 Leadership Program?

The 4×24 Leadership Program is created specifically for executives of consequence in GovCon. The program’s core operational model groups senior industry leaders into distinct cohorts organized around shared sectors, disciplines or areas of strategic focus, ensuring that members engage with peers facing similar challenges and priorities.
