What Is the 4×24 Leadership Program?

The 4×24 Leadership Program is created specifically for executives of consequence in GovCon. The program’s core operational model groups senior industry leaders into distinct cohorts organized around shared sectors, disciplines or areas of strategic focus, ensuring that members engage with peers facing similar challenges and priorities.

One of the key features of the program is the closed-door discussions with government guests of honor, including agency heads, military officials and federal chief digital and AI officers. Conversations are conducted under the Chatham House rule to facilitate candid strategic discussions and foster alignment between government and industry before formal policy or procurement cycles begin.

Members also gain access to Potomac Officers Club summits throughout the year, where they can gather early insights into upcoming federal programs through keynote addresses and panel discussions featuring senior agency leaders and industry executives.

The 2026–2027 cycle officially begins this September. Join industry peers and federal decision-makers for a year of unparalleled peer engagement and strategic intelligence. Explore the 4×24 Leadership Program today.
